Don is an authentic evaluator of his assessments. While I’m someone who knows a great deal about assessments as a former and current sales coach, trainer, and speaker, this was more insightful. Don’s delivery of the information and the assessment are a powerful duo. I enjoyed having him introduce me to me. To understand why we do something is more powerful than understanding what are personalities are based on us doing it.
