This week my guest is Phil Olsen, President of Know Your Strengths and an esteemed  athletic who has lived life large (no pun intended at 6′ 5″). This episode has been personally rewarding because I’ve learned a wonderful story from a great man of who has been a friend and colleagues since 2002.

Here are just a sampling of his accomplishments; Phil was a two-time football All-American at Utah State University. An NFL first-round draft choice and a 9-year pro football veteran. His Utah State jersey #90 was retired and he was inducted into the State of Utah Sports Hall of Fame in 1985.  He’s a member of the Sports Hall of Fame at Utah State University as well as being a member of its All-Century Team. In 2000, Phil was selected by Sports Illustrated as one of the Top Fifty Athletes of the Century from the State of Utah. From  2003-2018 Phil has been selected multiple times to the final list of candidates for the NCAA College Football Hall of Fame. In 2016, Phil was named by the Deseret News as one of the Top 50 Football Players of All Time from colleges and universities in the State of Utah.

Phil competed on the front line of Los Angeles Rams for several years with his older brother Merlin, who was inducted in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1982.

We hope enjoy… and if you do please subscribe and share Sound Behavior with your friends and family, thanks in advance!
